Partners
The CareCentric product suite links to most IT systems used in the NHS and in social care. It is designed to
break down traditional silos and connect health and social care communities together. It is therefore very
important to us that we closely in partnership with 3rd party suppliers - partnership working is at the
core of what we do.

Success stories
Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is using CareCentric to
deliver a fully operational EPR for hospital and community-based clinicians, with links to the Trust’s
PAS, pathology and radiology systems. Multi-stage discharge documentation, including hospital prescribed
medications, is transmitted electronically to GPs. Data collection proformas, built using the CareCentric
CAMS Adaptive Care Documents, are widely used across the Trust.
NHS Stockport and Stockport MBC
A CareCentric electronic care record is being used by NHS Stockport and Stockport MBC to support
the development of a community-wide Common Assessment Framework. Data is extracted from GP systems and
combined with data from Stepping Hill acute, with a two-way notification and messaging link to social
services teams. The health record is accessed by out of hours staff via a single sign on from Adastra as
well as by hospital staff. The Stockport Health Record holds 7.5m documents and data on 363,000 patients.
Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
The comprehensive EPR at Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is widely used throughout the Trust
and is also accessed by clinicians working on its sister site in Bournemouth. Source system feeds include
PAS, pathology, radiology, GP scanned referral letters, A&E discharge information, neurophysiology results,
medical photography and cardio respiratory results. Features include the bespoke design and development of
new projects and direct input into the system via the CAMS Adaptive Clinical Documents.
