Change Coordinator

Can you manage change?

Location: Flexible – Hybrid working with visits to office in Milton Keynes expected

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Co-Ordinator to work withing Graphnet’s Operations Team. This role will work closely with team across the organisations and customers to ensure that our Change Management functionality is run and delivered in accordance with internal Change Management Policy and Procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that all registered changes are completed correctly with the correct workflow information ready for assessment and review.

  • Support the review of changes received and validate the change ready for approval by the CAB (Change Administration Board).
  • Coordinate the assessment phase of the change, this will include chasing technical staff on peer reviews and sign off as well as arranging urgent E-CAB (Emergency Change Board) as and when required.
  • After approval of the change coordinate the process of change delivery to live and test sites across customers environments, ensuring that appropriate technical resource is available.
  • Produce Reports on types of Change for business.
  • Ensuring that the detail within change are customer friendly, translating technical changes as required.
  • After implementation, evaluate the change handling and close the change, this will include chasing customers for approved sign off and ensuring that all cases are closed and in have followed the correct workflow.
  • Maintain Jira change project, adding in new forms, altering CAB members etc.
  • Support projects and large technical deliveries to highlight where change should be recorded, ensuring change is effective and all changes are recorded appropriately.
  • Creating Post Change Reports, holding reviews with delivery teams on failed changes and putting forward recommendations for future changes.
  • Creating and maintaining change documentation and training materials.
  • Training all new starters and running yearly training to all staff involved in change.
  • Assist on Ops delivery tasks, from conception to implementation. For example, release upgrades, company objectives, efficiency deliverables etc to co-ordinating changes, documentation and meeting attendance.
