Exclusively open to NHS employees and members of Digital Health’s Networks, this event will provide more detail on one of the five first wave Local Health and Care Record Exemplar sites announced in 2018.
Thames Valley and Surrey (TVS), is working to connect shared record programmes across Surrey, the Thames valley and Buckinghamshire, which will enable some 3.8m residents to access their records and use digital services to help manage their own health and wellbeing.
TVS has awarded a £12.8m contract to Graphnet to link a range of current shared record projects and start to provide population health management. The first delivery milestones fall in September 2019.
