The St Helens Shared Care Record: What is it and how can it help you in your role?
This webinar will showcase how the St Helens Shared Care Record is making a difference to health and social care professionals and patients across Acute, Primary, Community, Mental Health and Social Care in St Helens.
We will explain what the St Helens Shared Care Record is, and how it already supports health and care staff to provide care to their service users, driving improvements in patient care and pathways.
If you are involved in the delivery of health or social care and interested in finding out how the St Helens Shared Care Record can support you to provide more joined-up care for your patients and residents, this is the event for you.
You will hear from an array of speakers from across acute, primary care and social care settings, who are currently using the St Helens Shared Care Record, sharing their knowledge and experiences of how they have been digitally enabled in their provision of care, as a result of the Shared Care Record.
This session will be interactive and will include a series of discussions and activities to ensure we understand how you already use and could use the St Helens Shared Care Record.
