24th March 2021, 12:00 to 13:30
The Surrey Care Record is starting to change how we deliver care. It joins up medical records and gives frontline health and care staff access to the information they need, when they need it. As well as improving care for our patients, it also helps join information up so people only have to tell their story once.
With so many benefits, this lunch and learn is aimed at anyone who has access to the Surrey Care Record – from social workers and GPs to A&E nurses and everyone in-between. We also welcome other frontline colleagues who will be getting started soon and are keen to know more.
This lunch and learn is a joint event between NHS Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group and Graphnet Health. It will focus on what the Surrey Care Record is, how it works, the benefits to patients and staff and how you can start using it to help us improve care across Surrey Heartlands.
Please note that if you register to attend your data may be accessed by both organisations to support event planning.
