Graphnet's shared care record software available to public sector through G-Cloud 8
1st August 2016
Graphnet has been awarded a place on the latest Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud Framework in partnership with Softcat, the provider of software licensing, hardware, security and related IT services.
This means that health and social care organisations have the option of buying Graphnet’s CareCentric applications running on a cloud infrastructure. It also gives customers the ability to take advantage of accelerated procurement procedures associated with buying through the government-sponsored CloudStore catalogue.
CareCentric combines information from GP systems, acute hospital systems, social care, community and mental health systems and presents this information as an integrated digital care record. It enables health and social care organisations to share records for better patient outcomes and save considerable time and money.
