Hadleigh Stollar, previously Programme Manager for Integrated Care at NHS Digital, is joining Graphnet as Customer Director, with responsibility for ensuring that the company’s health and social care users get the most out of their systems. He will take up his new post on 4 November 2019.
Hadleigh was responsible at NHS Digital for delivering the new National Record Locator (NRL) and National Event Management Service (NEMS), the national solutions enabling NHS and social care organisations to securely locate, share and be alerted to patient information and events held by other health organisations.
“Graphnet stands out a mile in the supplier market and I am really thrilled to be joining the company, particularly at such an exciting time in its development”, Hadleigh said.
He continued: “I have long been struck by the depth of Graphnet’s commitment to working in partnership, always with the patient in mind and with the explicit aim of delivering an enhanced, integrated model of care across the NHS.
“I am really looking forward to working with the company’s health and care customers, helping them use the CareCentric shared record and its population health systems to support service transformation.”
In his role overseeing the development and initial implementation of the NRL and NEMS, Hadleigh successfully launched phase 1 of the NRL in November 2018 and NEMS in March 2019. The NRL went on to win the Digital Public Service Innovation of the Year Award in June 2019 (Digital Leaders 100). Hadleigh was also instrumental in weaving both into the wider fabric of key national initiatives including the Local Health and Care Record (LHCR) Exemplar programme.
Prior to joining NHS Digital, Hadleigh worked as a technology advisor to NICE for five years and has held several national roles, including in the supplier sector, passionately driving forward technology and innovation to improve direct care.
