Director of health analytics

I have worked for Graphnet for the past 4 years and I love my role as Director of health analytics. I lead a very talented team of consultants and analysts which is really fulfilling. I am also very lucky to work directly with health and care leaders in embracing the use of population analytics within their Integrated Care Systems.

I am also very lucky to work directly with health and care leaders in embracing the use of population analytics within their Integrated Care Systems.

I’ve been involved in a wide range of projects from Covid mass testing, supporting public health and academic partners on award winning projects endorsed by the World Health Organisation through to important health and social issue initiatives aimed at preventing health deterioration of citizens at risk of fuel poverty.

I love the culture of Graphnet. There is a strong drive to do the best for health and social care and it really feeds my social conscience. Having three young children, I've been given the opportunity to work flexibly which really helps me to juggle work and home responsibilities!

Product Manager

Throughout my time here, I've learned that my passion is for product management. I started in our support team and then became a product expert which led me to looking at its design and that’s how I eventually got into product management - my love of the product just kept growing!

Throughout my time here, I've learned that my passion is for product management. I started in our support team and then became a product expert which led me to looking at its design and that’s how I eventually got into product management - my love of the product just kept growing!

I am a product manager for DOC@HOME, including all the apps, both the nurse side and the patient side. I manage the design process and my job is running development and scheduling what we are doing next. I discuss roadmaps with the management team and work between all teams, co-ordinating all the inner workings of the product.

My typical day starts with a ‘stand up’ with developers. I put together design documents and my number 1 priority is that our developers can carry on working with no blockers. There’s lots of prioritisation and scheduling, it’s busy and I love that! I like to solve problems and to be involved in so many different things is great.

Our technology can do so much and is so configurable, the inner workings of it are huge and that’s why I like working with the products. People have so many ideas and DOC@HOME does so much. Some of our clients have only just scratched the surface of its capabilities – it’s huge, what we can do.

Everyone at Docobo is really supportive, people are really hard working and willing to help and we put each other first.

I am a senior business analyst and have worked at Graphnet for the past six years. I’m based in the product management team and my role covers different aspects of the Shared Care platform.

I gather requirements for product features and enhancements, ensuring that we deliver a solution that customers are happy with and supports their work. I also manage the Graphnet customer library, this covers all aspects such as creating and updating user guides, data feed specifications, tech notes and publishing/maintaining release notes. One of my favourite things about working here is presenting our work at our national user group - demonstrating and talking to customers face to face is rewarding and vital in understanding customer needs and objectives.

One of the many reasons I really enjoy working for Graphnet is family feel of the company. It is extremely pleasant to work with such friendly people who recognise the contribution that I make.

As the providers we work with are having to adopt digital systems in order to meet the Enhanced Health in Care Homes government initiative – I do a lot of work around supporting and collaborating with them on this.

Every day starts for me with a brainstorming session with our remote monitoring project managers.

As my role is mostly working within the West Midlands team, my day is spent engaging with care providers across the region, meeting with care home directors and proprietors to raise awareness of the remote monitoring project – as well as debunking some of the myths around remote monitoring.

Working with Primary Care Network (PCN) leads, Integrated Care Board (ICB) Project Leads, ICB Care home quality leads and local authority representatives, I also help to plan and deliver PCN care home engagement events. In addition, I also work with the ICB project teams to support project evaluation and support with benefits realisation work and surveys.

As we work across a range of ICBs – it’s really important that we share expertise and lessons learned from early adopters – so that the whole region benefits. To sum up my role in three words: troubleshooting, brainstorming and collaboration!

My role is dynamic, interesting and multifaceted – which is the thing I enjoy the most.

As care home managers can be inundated with day to day responsibility, I enjoy collaborating with them in order to make their experience of implementing a new system less challenging. I provide guidance and support to ensure their implementation process is smooth. I am a registered general nurse by profession, my background is in health and social care management with a focus in quality and compliance of services.

I really enjoy making a difference. As an individual I am goal orientated, and take pleasure in seeing the achievements.

I’m fortunate to be surrounded by incredible individuals that make this company feel like a family: from the project managers to the operation teams that I work with on a day to day basis. They are supportive and considerate, we’re always happy to assist one another in any way possible.

I really enjoy working on interoperability and collaborating with other providers in order to enhance joined up healthcare and support the patient journey. I love working with team here and collaborating with ICB digital teams to improve patient care - it's very rewarding.

Operations technical project manager

I have been at Graphnet for six years and my role as product support engineer is so varied, there isn’t really a typical day. Sometimes I’ll be working with development on how we integrate new features, technology and and support platforms, other times liaising with the programmes team on project milestones or I can be working with third parties or customers directly.

Sometimes I’ll be working with development on how we integrate new features, technology and and support platforms, other times liaising with the programmes team on project milestones or I can be working with third parties or customers directly.

I really hope that Graphnet products continue to grow and help the NHS make shared records and population health solutions as ubiquitous in the industry as internet banking or social media. One of the main reasons I enjoy working here is being in an IT focussed role where you feel like you are making a direct and tangible difference to people’s lives and wellbeing.

I’ve worked for the System C and Graphnet Care Alliance for 19 years in nine different roles. Before that, I worked across three different NHS trusts for 10 years, giving me a deep understanding of the needs of the service.

In my current role as product director - population health, I have led the team in building the solution from concept to live use in eleven Integrated Care Systems.

The population health division is fully remote and scattered across the UK. One of the huge benefits this brings flexibility - I do school drop offs every day. The population health team are an incredible talented hardworking bunch who work closely with our ICS partners to build technology tools which help the NHS, councils and public health improve the health of our nation.

I’ve always firmly believed that the use of linked data via analytics can really help understand and contribute to improving patient care. We are getting so many remarkable use cases which have tangible benefits of reducing workload and targeting patients for interventions that improve lives. It’s amazing that the NHS, public health and research teams are now using the platform that we have built to do just that.

Graphnet is all about teamwork, not politics, we are invested in our people and share success.

What gets me out of bed every day? Working to help improve the health of the UK.

Operations Manager

My main responsibility is managing our relationship with CCGs, hospitals, community teams and clinicians. I’m also a line manager for the Liverpool team.

My main responsibility is managing our relationship with CCGs, hospitals, community teams and clinicians. I’m also a line manager for the Liverpool team.

My responsibilities cover cover a range of different activities, mostly project related. Examples include attending project meetings, building question sets and carrying out training sessions with the NHS. I also work on different care plans with colleagues as well as going out to visit patients to install kit and checking how they are finding using our remote patient monitoring technology.

I love starting a new project and seeing it through to when it goes live and being part of all the work it takes building up to something really great. I love meeting clients and NHS teams and working with my wonderful colleagues, of course!

I particularly love seeing how many people in their 70s, 80s and 90s learn how to use a tablet or device to monitor their health and wellbeing and how they come to find it a useful and reassuring presence in their own home. Linking them to a clinician via technology is very satisfying as is seeing older people use technology so easily.

I design our online training courses, which cater for patients, carers, clinicians and our internal team. With the help of user guides, I have created training scripts and voiced-over videos, both for our training and our marketing content.

We have put together a comprehensive library of high-quality training material. We are confident our instructional videos will significantly enhance our upcoming online courses as well as offer excellent support to patients on their devices.

For the project, I've had to learn more about the functionality of our remote monitoring solution, which I've really enjoyed. I am naturally creative (my past educational life was in media production, fashion photography and illustration), so the media production side of my role has given me a lot of job satisfaction too.

I've worked with a range of colleagues across many offices, including the team in Liverpool who couldn’t have been nicer. It’s great working here and I really get on with my colleagues - even my brother in law who works in the sales team and I suppose you could say is okay!

I am responsible for delivering projects for a number of shared care records, working with incredibly motivated people within Graphnet and our customers.

Every day presents rewards and challenges, but I always try to keep in mind the part that Graphnet plays in integrating care records from multiple health and social care solutions, so health & care professionals can provide better care to patients.

I feel incredibly proud to be part of the great team at Graphnet and have benefited from the support the company has provided me since becoming a member of the team. It’s great to part of the Graphnet family.

On a typical day, I implement new features, fix bugs and generate ideas for future versions of the iOS app

I really like the freedom that I have to suggest new ideas. The knowledge that my work allows people to update their healthcare providers about their condition from the comfort of their homes and stay out of hospital is really rewarding.

I’ve been an iOS engineer for 7 years in agencies, supermarkets and other healthcare companies. I'm always drawn to projects that challenge me. I’ve worked with augmented reality, machine learning, 3D models, iBeacons, GPS, NFC, QR codes, VOIP, to name just a few

My colleagues are really supportive. I work on the Docobo remote monitoring system which is a comprehensive platform and there are countless features which no single person could be expected to be an expert on. We all support each other with our product knowledge, but also bring in new ideas from each of our specialisms.

I enjoy the enormous variety of my job, it's stimulating and there’s great satisfaction from producing a clinically useful instrument that pushes the boundaries of what has gone before and then hearing later what a difference it makes to people’s lives.

My colleagues are always willing to help out, even when the request is outside anyone’s normal expertise I can depend on good suggestions and willing effort. There’s a great team spirit!
