The company runs a two-year graduate scheme aimed at cultivating the health tech leaders and innovators of tomorrow. The programme offers first class learning and development opportunities in a company at the forefront of creating data-driven, shared care and health analytics services and solutions that action genuine change at an individual, local, regional and national level.

Our Graduate Programme provides practical experience and project-based training over a two-year period working alongside our talented teams. Starting in September, the journey begins with a two-week enhanced onboarding period where graduates receive an introduction to the company, the industry, senior leaders, peers, as well as time for informal get-togethers with buddies and team building activities. Once in their chosen department, graduates rotate across the different teams in that area of the business, developing a range of skills and experience, helping determine their favoured future career pathway.

Opportunities are available within software engineering, product development, project management, population health analytics, IT support, HR, marketing and finance. Generic applications are also welcomed for those who are not yet sure on an area of choice.
