New senior appointments at Graphnet

Graphnet is pleased to announce that it has made two new appointments to its senior management team. 

The appointments, a new customer director and technical director, are in direct response to the rapid increase in the company’s shared record customers and to the extension of its product line into cross-community care planning, risk stratification and population health. 

Mandy Wright has joined the company as customer director, with responsibility for benefits realisation and ensuring the company’s health and social care users get the most out of their shared record, analytics and population health systems.  She will also provide additional input into the company’s product development plans. 

Mandy will be working alongside existing customer director Hadleigh Stollar, to increase the support for our growing customer base. Hadleigh, previously programme manager for integrated care at NHS Digital, joined Graphnet in November 2019. 

A nurse by background, Mandy has extensive experience in healthcare technology, most recently working in the NHS for six years and as clinical deployment lead at Nuffield Health for two.  Prior to that, Mandy spent 8 years with System C as professional services manager.

The second appointment is that of Adam Hatherly to the role of technical director.  

Adam has assumed responsibility for the day-to-day running of Graphnet’s technical teams and leads the company’s technical management team.

His focus will be on developing Graphnet’s technical capabilities for integrating with local and national services, developing the CareCentric shared record, population health, PHR and strategic FHIR solutions and leveraging the power of the company’s cloud infrastructure.

Adam joined Graphnet in February 2019 as lead interoperability architect, and spearheaded the company’s API and LHCR interoperability programme, opening up access to the CareCentric platform through open APIs and the adoption of FHIR. 

He was previously with NHS Digital, where he was senior architect, interoperability and worked on the architecture of a number of national systems.  

Adam is also chair of the INTEROPen architecture subgroup, and contributes to the NHSX LHCR architecture editorial group.
